Several hygiene options are available as standard. Depending on the solution, choose between the globally valid Eurovent Hygienic Air Handling Unit (HAHU) certification, a hygienic design according to VDI 6022 or DIN 1946-4.

The base frame can be assembled in the factory or delivered on site. You can choose between a continuous base frame or a division into sections. There are design options that make work on site easier.

mute

The flaps correspond to tightness class 4C according to EN 1751:2014. The flaps have counter-rotating, aerodynamically shaped flap blades made of aluminum, which ensure a low pressure loss when open.

heat pump

The heat pump is an integrated reversible system built into a modular part. The system consists of a reversible heat pump equipped with a stepless, inverter-controlled scroll compressor and a rotary heat exchanger for heating and cooling.

plug-in fan

We have a wide range of Plug Fans with different options to achieve the best performance. The Plug Fans are direct drive fans and motors and have an impeller with blades and rotating diffusers to achieve the highest possible efficiency.

The plug fan has a static efficiency of up to 75%. The plug fan can be supplied with an EC motor (IE5), PM motor (IE4) or AC motor (IE3). The fan wheel and motor are statically and dynamically balanced.

Rotating heat exchanger

The rotating heat exchanger (heating wheel) is very efficient with an efficiency of up to 87%.

For each unit size, there are several efficiency variants to find the optimal LCC solution in terms of energy consumption between high recovery and low pressure drop.

Available in three versions:

  • standard aluminum rotor

  • Sorption hybrid (hygroscopic) recovers moisture and offers good cooling performance.

  • Sorption recovers much more moisture and has a very high cold recovery performance, which greatly reduces the need for active cooling capacity.

plate heat exchanger

The plate heat exchanger ensures separate air flows and prevents the transfer of odors or moisture between the two air flows.

Available in two versions:

  • cross-current

  • countercurrent

The cross-flow exchanger has an efficiency of up to 85%. The counter-flow exchanger has an efficiency of up to 90%.

heat exchanger with rotating coil

The heat exchangers with a circumferential heat exchanger are suitable when a complete separation of supply and exhaust air is desired.

It is available in different versions and can achieve an efficiency of up to 80%.

heating and cooling coils

The heating register is used to heat the supply air. The heating can be done by hot water or condensation of the coolant. These heat exchangers consist of copper pipes and aluminum fins as standard.

Heating can also be done by electricity. These heat exchangers have stainless steel heating elements and a built-in safety control system.

The cooling coil is used to cool the supply air. This can be done using cold water or direct evaporative refrigerant (dx). In an evaporative cooling coil, the liquid distributor is located inside the unit. These heat exchangers are made of copper tubes and aluminum fins as standard.

silencer

The silencer is an absorption silencer with sound insulation baffles. It reduces the sound power level from the ventilation unit to the duct system. It can be supplied for dry and wet cleaning.

humidifier

The humidifier is manufactured as a complete unit, including

  • humidification elements

  • Tub and frame made of stainless steel AISI 304

  • circulation pump, valves for regulating irrigation

  • overflow

  • control valve for venting

  • Float valve to control the water supply to the tub

  • valve for emptying the tub

The humidifier can either be placed in the supply air after a heating register or used as indirect adiabatic cooling by placing it in the extract air before a heat exchanger.

panel filter

The plate filter is a basic filter of class Coarse 65% (corresponds to G4) according to EN ISO 16890. It is constructed according to the principle of the pleated filter.

bag filter

The bag filter is designed to provide a large filtering area.

The filter has a long service life and therefore good overall economic efficiency. The filter can be supplied in different filter classes and sizes depending on project requirements.

Optional Deltri+ virucidal air filters

Virucidal air filters with an efficiency of ePM1 90%, capable of neutralizing or destroying viruses - including SARS-CoV-2, as tested by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and an independent laboratory.

Proven efficiency with Eurovent certified energy class A+ performance.
